Remember when the hardest decision you had to make was whether to color that elephant🐘 gray… or PURPLE with yellow stripes? Ahhh, those were the days. Wait — that was yesterday! Yep, I still color🖍️ — on purpose… or should I say, for purpose.
It turns out that taking time out to color has some serious power when it comes to improving your mental health. Coloring is an easy, creative way to practice mindfulness🧘 — getting “lost” in the moment and slipping into that healthy state of flow. While you’re at it, you’ll be relieving stress, reducing anxiety, boosting your mood, and learning the art of letting go as you play with color and (dare I say it?😱) color outside the lines.
